About Us

Welcome to North Regina Little League [NRLL] or North Regina as we are often called.  We’re so glad you stopped by because we’d love to tell you a little about ourselves.

Let’s start with the official stuff.

NRLL was established in 1989 and is governed by the rules and regulations of Little League Baseball.  We are one of two Little Leagues in Regina [the other is Kiwanis National Little League] and one of three in Little League Saskatchewan.  We are a non-profit, volunteer-run organization governed by an Executive and Board of Directors who are fanatical about baseball and who work tirelessly to make North Regina the place where your kids want to play ball.

Now let’s get to the good stuff.

Every year, about 650+ kids call North Regina their baseball home.  They play baseball with existing friends and make many new ones along the way; they learn sportsmanship, teamwork, responsibility and fair play; they learn what it’s like to be part of a supportive baseball community; oh…and they also develop some pretty great baseball skills!  At North Regina, you will find an exciting, close-knit baseball community where everyone is welcome.

Mission Statement

NRLL Mission

North Regina Little League provides the youth of our community an opportunity to learn and excel at the game of baseball through proper skill development, knowledgeable coaching and continuing support from our family-oriented baseball community. These young players develop excellent baseball skills, but also learn discipline, confidence, teamwork and what it means to give back to a community. They are the future of NRLL and will be key to achieving and furthering our mission as they grow and have families of their own.

Little League Mission

Little League Baseball is a non-profit organization to help and voluntarily assist young boys and girls in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork and physical well-being through the medium of baseball and softball with guidance and exemplary leadership. By espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty, the Little League program is designed to develop superior citizens rather than superior athletes.

Core Values

NRLL embraces the historical pillars of Little League – CharacterCourage and Loyalty.  We invite everyone at our park to model these values and lead by example.

To develop sportsmanship, teamwork, responsibility, fair play and safety.

To learn the skills, rules and strategies of Little League Baseball.

To work hard and have fun!

The North Regina Board of Directors and Executive strongly support and demonstrate the values of TransparencyAccountability and Communication.  Through these values, we hope to ensure the viability and integrity of North Regina Little League now and into the future.
